This Klaviyo flow messages customers when their order is out for delivery. It’s a great way to tell them to watch out for the package, get them excited, and communicate any post-purchase information that might be important for them to know right away.

In this example, the customer gets a notification of their order and the tracking number with a confirmation that it’s left the warehouse and it’s on its way. If the customer has opted-in for SMS, they’ll get it as an SMS. Otherwise, it goes out as an email.
