This Wonderment/Postscript flow prevents “Where is my order?” support questions, by proactively alerting customers to slow or delayed deliveries.
In this example, Postscript will send a short tracking reminder SMS with a note that the order is on its way. The trigger for this event is the Wonderment “Shipment Stalled” event.
